Y Record Las

Rich Hims Bought solely for the beats of the two haunting Alys Williams tracks, though I respect the artist's vision by getting the entire album rather than individual tracks. I'm glad I did so, because while I still don't think that the collection hangs together that well, the other tracks are growing on me. Favorite track: Celwydd (gydag/feat Alys Williams).

Andrew Jervis From the land of my forefathers! Lots has been made of the comparisons to his one-time room mate James Blake, but here Ifan Dafydd stands on his own two feet, carving out some stunning soul music for 2013. Favorite track: Llonydd (gydag/feat Alys Williams).
Phil Cooper

Phil Cooper A wonderful series that has the Colwyn Bay boy very happy... Favorite track: Llonydd (gydag/feat Alys Williams).

Andrew Dubber A thing of beauty in 10" double gatefold vinyl. Also in Welsh. Favorite track: Llonydd (gydag/feat Alys Williams).
